It is quite exceptional to meet a namesake in Flanders as “Jos”. It is certainly exceptional that we share the same passion, namely improving the performance of what - should - be the most important body of a company, namely the board of directors / advice. However, valuable, working and proven tools to set up or improve the Board of Directors can only be found behind closed - read paying - doors. Our intention is to set up a community in which we can share what works and from here you can choose a service provider. We simply start with a number of questions to start a debate within your company. Sharing the answers will hopefully motivate you to take steps forward. If it works, we will expand this platform further.

In this extremely challenging COVID crisis, it seems very valuable to bring in external experience at a very short term and thus to start up a board of directors / advice. Now is 'the time' to learn the best of practices of people who have already countered multiple crises.
